HKG10 provides a total area of 18,000 m², including approximately 1,000 m² of dedicated data center space at 1,500W/m² density across six Scale Suites, and a further 6,000 m² of dedicated data center space across six additional suites. Designed for modern high-density workloads, HKG10 is liquid cooling ready for AI, and features an 800mm finished floor height raised floor system.

The facility has demonstrated five nines (99.999%) uptime and is supported by 2N electrical infrastructure with dual power feeds; each Scale data center is equipped with 1,440kW of UPS power in 2N configuration. Comprehensive physical and operational security controls are in place, with the capability to meet stringent ISO security classifications, making HKG10 an ideal choice for mission-critical IT environments.

Cooling
- The site has a total of 12 air-cooled chillers operating in 2N and distributed redundancy with N+1 methodology
- High efficiency chiller systems provides dedicated cooling capacity for each data hall with an area of approximately 900 m²
- Designed in accordance with ASHRAE TC 9.9 2011 conditions with underfloor air supply
Power
- Two 11 kV Medium Voltage power feeds from separate substations diversely routed to ground floor substations (2N)
- Six (6) 2.5MVA and four (4) 2MVA transformers operating in a 2N configuration with distributed redundancy using an N+1 methodology
Secondary Power
- Six (6) 2,000 kVA and three (3) 2,250 kVA generator sets operating in a 2N configuration with distributed N+1 redundancy
- Underground fuel tank with enough capacity for 24 hours full load operation
