At the moment you can only upgrade upwards and have no option to downgrade.
You can upgrade your instance at any time. Please follow these steps to upgrade your service. You can only downgrade your service by getting a new one and migrating your data into it.

Click on Management Actions > Upgrade.

Once we receive a confirmation to cancel the instance, we delete it from our Node server. It is not possible to restore it afterward.
